Perhaps you are a Civil War reenactor in charge of your own unit or an armchair historian with an interest in the Civil War? Or perhaps you had a past family member who fought in the Conflict? Whatever your interest, we offer you here a personalized Civil War Union Officer's Commission signed by Abraham Lincoln and Secretary of War Edwin Stanton.

The document is 11" x 17" in size and printed on fine quality parchment. It features "The President of the United States of America" and the Union War Eagle at the top like the originals. The font very closely resembles that of the originals and offers the unique option of having your own name, rank and unit designation entered in or that of a friend or relative. The bottom features a cannon and flag illustration as on the originals. The War Department blue foil seal is attached to the top.

The document will be shipped rolled and with a navy blue ribbon around it to secure it.  Please note that this is a personalized document and we will need the following information:
